I couldn't tell you the last time I've even heard of somebody with this much love in their heart, and whose job or career choice meant that much to them.
I have been in and out of the hospital several times this year. I need a liver transplant. Anyways, Jill is so very loving and caring. Although I am probably older than she is, she is like having my grandmother care for me and attend to my needs and wants. She is an incredible person.
Any employer would be very fortunate to have her, as all patients, I'm sure, have experienced her tender loving care. She is an extremely passionate nurse who really loves her job. I couldn't tell you the last time I've even heard of somebody with this much love in their heart, and whose job or career choice meant that much to them.
I experienced two very memorable incidents where she just literally showed off her skills and her devotion to me. A stranger, a patient with too many problems to list, but she was there instantaneously to help and comfort, as well as support me mentally, as all this weighed very heavily on my mind. I was told by my transplant specialists to remain positive, and it was during these couple of difficult times that I was falling apart.
She had just the right words and attitude to turn the situation back into a true about-face. I don't know how or why. Maybe it was a case where I felt there was somebody who actually cared about me and my well-being. Jill is truly a gem; anybody would be happy to say she's the best employee I ever had. As a former local business owner, I know firsthand how hard it is to find a good employee, especially these days. Jill is truly an amazing person.
