I would like to thank this nurse for his kindness and constant friendliness. He explained everything to me as he was doing it; he spoke to me all the time, distracting me when I was nervous about the IV line insertion. Other nurses had tried and failed to get the line in with my veins, but this kind gentleman succeeded, and I didn't even feel a pinch.

It was very reassuring to be with a nurse like this, so professional, caring, and understanding, a great conversationalist whilst attending his duties, always confident and in control. I thoroughly liked him looking after me. He explained things in a pleasant, happy way at work, and his expertise shows in it. I thank him sincerely from my heart for all he did to help me in his recovery
