I want to recognize Rachel because she has all the qualities that make an excellent nurse: she is intelligent, compassionate, and relentless in pursuing the best possible outcomes for her patients. She treats each one of her patients like they are her family.

She is always helping other nurses who need her help and never complains. Today, she went above and beyond and ordered food for one of her patients who was feeling bad and paid for it with her own money just to try and make her patient feel better. She is always trying to make her patients happy. Rachel is a great Nurse.
