Humberto is such an amazing leader and boss man. He gets stopped in the hallway all the time, but always takes the time to talk to the person who stops him, even when he is on his way to the restroom or lunch. There have been times when he arrives at the lunch table when we have already finished eating because the conversation took that long.

He is caring and understanding, ensuring people feel uplifted after a meeting and never let down. He has an endless supply of "dad jokes" to keep us all in good spirits. He dresses up in whatever costume we ask and eagerly plays the role to brighten up staff and patient's days.
