Exceptional patient support.  I would like to thank Lynnette Petty for going above and beyond to help me get my prescription before I left to go out of town.  I had already tried once to pick up the prescription, but it was sent to the wrong facility.  When I returned, the pharmacist told me to come back again on Wednesday.

Since Tuesday was a holiday, and when I activated the prescription last week, it was cancelled due to Kimbrough being closed Thursday and Friday.  Once Lynette heard my story, she immediately took action.  Notifying my provider and personally walking me to the pharmacy.  After she explained the obstacles faced, they agreed to fill the prescription today.  Ms. Petty's compassion and determination truly made a difference.  She should be commended for her outstanding professionalism and dedication to patient care.  I'm grateful.
