I would like to nominate Regla for the DAISY Award for the exceptional care she provided during my stay. Her kindness, empathy, and professionalism made a meaningful difference during a time that was both emotional and overwhelming.

Although Regla did not have the opportunity to meet my baby, she supported me throughout the preparation for his arrival with compassion and genuine concern. Regla made me feel heard, understood, and safe. Her presence brought calm and reassurance at a moment when I needed it most.

What stood out most was how sincere she was. Her care never felt routine. It was clear Regla took time to connect, to listen, and to make sure I never felt alone.
