Justin has exemplified himself as a distinguished student and role model by showcasing two lab skills, step by step, for 21 students for 2 weeks in a row during our Saturday morning Zoom meetings. As a respiratory therapist, he's passed on valuable knowledge and skills to his peers that will set them apart and effectuate patient-centered care nursing priorities.

He has extended opportunities to his classmates for further teachings and explanations as needed, aside from regularly scheduled Zoom meetings, and even in future topics where we may not be classmates anymore. Justin is a professional in his area of work, and as a student, and for all the reasons above, I believe he deserves recognition. Justin does not know a stranger. He finds commonalities with all in the class. As knowledgeable as he is, he also has a humbling and welcoming presence.
