After recently being diagnosed with a small growth in my chest, I was referred to the General Surgery Department for a consultation. I met with Ms. Johnson and a doctor during my initial meeting: both ladies were very professional and very informative about my situation. It was determined that I likely had a benign growth with options to remove or wait for additional recheck in three months. I decided to have it removed, and Ms. Johnson was accommodating when scheduling the procedure. She responded to all my inquiries thoroughly, leaving me confident and reassured about the forthcoming procedure.

On the day of the operation, Ms. Johnson performed the entire procedure herself, demonstrating skills that must be the epitome of surgical skill.
