On our mother's first day in this unit, my brother was not going to be able to see our mom because he had to catch a flight home. Sydney took excellent care of our mom, and my brother got to see her before he had to leave. Sydney called to let us know just before my brother was going to head to the airport early. Sydney did a fantastic job answering our many questions and called before clocking out to give us an update each day.
