Being in access for behavioral health is a difficult job. We often receive patients who are in need of medical attention or required to have a medical evaluation before we can further help them. The ED knows firsthand how tough it is when you are in a department that receives patients with different ailments and issues. Solomon is not only one of the most professional nurses I have worked with, but he is also patient and kind when dealing with our needs as the ED's sister department. Solomon always finds a way to help us if we have a need, and no matter how busy or stressed he is, Solomon treats my coworkers and me with courtesy, respect, and a good, helpful attitude. This is a quality that should be desired and rewarded by all staff. Solomon exemplifies the best of nursing and embodies the Northwest Texas Hospital mission.
