Nurse Charles is an inspiration to his patients and colleagues due to his expertise and attentiveness to his work.

Nurse Charles is a motivation because he gives individuals a future to look forward to. He is an innovator because he is already looking ahead to better ways to help the industry make it easier for patients to receive adequate care and to equip his colleagues with the tools to do so.
