After my 6-month physical exam with great blood work and feeling great, Meagan wanted to check my lungs and heart. She asked me to remove my shirt. She was sitting across the room and noticed a lump on my side. She asked about it, and I had no idea it was there. She scheduled a CT scan, and that started the journey.

 Meagan consulted with CHC rheumatology, and it was determined to get a biopsy, which revealed metastatic carcinoma, likely bladder cancer. If Meagan had not noticed the lump, I would still be going on with my life, not knowing I have cancer. Meagan saved my life by being proactive and attentive to my well-being.
