I would like to recognize Robin for her tremendous support, exceptional clinical expertise, and unwavering dedication. She has helped me many times in the past, but on my day off, she went above and beyond by seeing four of my very sick and complex patients. Each of these patients required detailed assessments and meticulous attention – including managing new medications, addressing fresh wounds, handling a new PEG tube, and executing multiple new orders. Robin handled everything with outstanding professionalism and clinical excellence. What I truly appreciate is not only the help she provided to my patients, but also how thoroughly she kept me informed. She gave me a comprehensive report, thoughtful updates, and heads-ups that helped me feel reassured and confident that everything was in excellent hands. Robin knows how much I care about my patients, and she reflected that same level of commitment in every detail. She is not just an excellent nurse, but also an amazing teammate. I felt such relief knowing she was there, and I am incredibly grateful for her.
