Nurse Alfredo demonstrated all the qualities of PETALS and more! He was the first nurse I saw when I got to my room after my surgery. He was on point. He had a smile and a great bedside manner. He stood out to me as a male nurse. His skills and communication were above average. I felt safe and well taken care of while under his care!

I hope that he can train other nurses to do the things he does and make patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! I told him he needed to be the head nurse, and he just laughed and said that he was okay where he was. Please let him know he made a difference and helped me while at Health Central Hospital.

Lastly, he reminded me of the nurses back in the day when patient care and nursing excellence were the norm. Nurses are so busy now, but Nurse Alfredo knows how to deliver care for his patients!
