I came in through the ER in severe pain, and they had to perform an awful process. Thomas met me with a smile every time and left me with a smile after a long shift when saying goodbye. I couldn't help but notice the camaraderie he had with other staff in the halls and in my room. It's easy to see I'm not the only one who enjoys being around him.
