Had it not been for Rachele's fierce advocating and compassionate care to not leave her sick patient, the patient would not have lived and would not have made the remarkable recovery that they did.
Rachele overall is just amazing; she addresses patient needs or concerns right away. She is always willing to help the RNT she is working with to ensure we both have a smooth shift. She goes into each patient’s room with a smile and confidence, which makes their stay that much better. She is just an all-around amazing RN who helps everyone.

Rachele is one of the most compassionate and hard-working nurses I have ever met/worked with. She helps us nurse aides a lot with our daily tasks and insists on helping us even if we refuse. Normally, I would say, “I will do it, Rachele,” and her reply is, “Nah, I got it!”
As a fairly new nurse’s aide working in an inpatient rehab setting, Rachele has been one of the kindest, most caring, and patient people I have met. Even if she is not working with me that day, she always checks in and asks if I am doing okay or need any help.

Nurse Rachele provided immense care for a sick patient with COVID. Rachele was a strong advocate for a patient with COVID who was rapidly declining. Rachele spent all morning advocating to Dr's about the patient's deteriorating condition. She spent much of the morning at the bedside with the patient, keeping close eyes, repeatedly advocating for the patient to receive more care and to have the Dr's examine the patient again.
Unfortunately, the patient coded, but because Rachele would not leave the patient's room, regardless of staying in full PPE and being told the patient was improving, she was able to instantly get help and immediately began CPR. The patient achieved ROSC before paramedics arrived and ultimately survived. The patient returned to the rehab center after recovering and made a full recovery.
Had it not been for Rachele's fierce advocating and compassionate care to not leave her sick patient, the patient would not have lived and would not have made the remarkable recovery that they did. She truly saved that patient's life, and as a peer/ coworker, I was amazed. She is a special nurse.
