Ricky was extremely attentive, caring, and took his time answering questions and taking care of my Mom. Duke’s patients are extremely lucky to have someone so amazing working there.

Ricardo is phenomenal! He cared for Mom as if she were the only person on his rotation. Not rushed at all. Answered all her questions, even when she asked him where he got his haircut! He has a wonderful personality, is welcoming, caring, and warm! Further, he is patient and knowledgeable about his expertise.

My mom had her shoulder replaced and was placed in Ricky’s care postoperatively. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Ricky was deeply invested in not only my mother’s physical health but also her emotional well-being. His warm and genuine demeanor immediately put my mom at ease, even during challenging moments. He takes the time to listen attentively, answer every question with patience, and ensure that no detail is overlooked in his care.
