My mother was moved from the ICU to a room before she passed away. Mom was so fragile and unable to respond. She was so attentive and gentle with my mother. She answered our many questions about mom’s progression through the dying process. After mom passed away, she and the team prepared her body with care by removing the medical tubes and stickers before the funeral home arrived. My husband had left earlier, so I was alone. Aubrey stayed with me and gave a big hug until the hubby returned to the hospital. She’s a great nurse and has a true gift for nursing.
