Her kindness and reassurance meant so much to me during that difficult time.
My 74-year-old husband fell and suffered several fractures. We spent over a week in the hospital before transferring to a skilled nursing facility. During this difficult time, Louella listened to our needs and guided us through the entire process with compassion and professionalism.

She was attentive to his needs and mine. Louella noticed that he was having trouble eating and recommended reaching out to the dietician for foods he could tolerate. She made sure we had access to therapists and reassured me that his Parkinson’s medications would be administered properly. When I left each evening, she comforted me by assuring me that he would be well cared for.

One night, as I was leaving, Louella asked how I was coping with the stress of his hospitalization. I broke down crying because it was overwhelming, and no one had asked before. She gave me a big hug and told me it would all work out with time. She even shared some personal photos, which distracted me from my worries for a moment. Her kindness and reassurance meant so much to me during that difficult time.

Louella’s empathy and genuine care made a challenging experience more bearable. I am deeply grateful for her support and the comfort she provided to both my husband and me.
