Michael went above and beyond any expectations I had. I've been hospitalized a few times before, but never have I had a nurse attend to me as Michael did. One night, I started having an allergic reaction to a new medication. Michael sprang into action, called the physician right away, and administered Benadryl. He knew how nervous I was. He sat there and talked with me until I calmed down. And continued to check on me every 15 mins until I fell asleep. So refreshing, especially since, as a senior, I often times feel like a burden. But Michael made me feel like I was his most important patient.
