I am a huge fan of Jeff. He coordinates all of my services and truly goes above and beyond. He always finds answers or directs me to the right person, and he puts an incredible amount of effort into helping me get my insurance approved—especially since I don’t drive and must take an Uber every day for my therapy appointments. Jeff always checks in on me, and although it is very difficult to talk about my disease, he makes those conversations feel safe and comfortable. He consistently works to ensure I don't miss any visits, including helping me get my medications on time. Jeff is friendly, reliable, and always confirms my appointments. He is the face of the clinic and brings hope and positivity to every interaction.

Jeff is an excellent nurse and a very nice guy. I liked him a lot. He calls me to take care of my appointments and inform me of my situation. He explained how to take my medication and take care of myself. I have known him for a long time; he is an excellent nurse.
