Lindsay is a phenomenal RN, coworker, and person. She is always checking on her coworkers to see if they need help, and I’ve seen her take time to complete tasks for other nurses and PCTs so they can take a break or eat lunch. She keeps an eye on everyone’s patients and is always letting others know when she has noticed a change in status or if they need anything.

She has personally stepped into rooms during therapy sessions when a patient’s BP drops, or it sounds like they are in distress, and steps in to help. As an OT, she is also a great advocate for therapy and mobilization, and we appreciate it so much. She always encourages patients to work with us even when they are dead set against it by being encouraging, kind, and positive. When I work with her patients, they always have kind words for her.
