Yesterday I was helping with a trauma, and Jennifer was the lead RN, she demonstrated excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care. She clearly communicated the needs for her patient, she gave clear instructions for the team members, and she read back all the items to the team.

Her actions helped her team know what was needed and when she closed the loop of communication to ensure her patient got the best care possible. She is an excellent team member.
