Jane goes above and beyond. She consistently maintains an encouraging and optimistic attitude and also celebrates team achievements. Jane has the qualities that make an excellent nurse/house supervisor. An amazing leader who strives to be equal, efficient, and empathetic to everyone. She is a very helpful and reliable team lead, hardworking at every step of her shift.

She does her rounds on the floors to make sure everyone is okay. Every time I ask her for help with a task I am not familiar with, she always has a helping hand. She is amazing and extends her help to everybody. She follows up with staff and patients and makes sure they have a pleasant stay.
