I was admitted to the hospital in February for a hemi-subtotal colectomy with an ileostomy stoma. Unfortunately, complications arose, which required further surgery, and I was discharged after one month. From March onward, I needed to change the stoma base and bag every three days.

Although Shinu was serving as the Duty Manager and Wound Care Specialist—and not assigned as my bedside nurse—he was the only person able to perform this procedure properly, and he did so willingly and happily every single time. He was extremely dedicated, patient, and always approached his work with a warm smile, which immediately put me at ease.

On several occasions, Shinu even came to the hospital late at night on his day off to ensure everything was done correctly. I am aware that he lives far from the hospital, which makes his commitment even more remarkable. From the moment he arrived, he consistently demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and genuine dedication to patient care.

His expert skills and calm, reassuring approach transformed what could have been a very stressful experience into one of comfort, dignity, and confidence. He took the time to explain each step clearly and empathetically, ensuring I felt informed, supported, and cared for throughout the process.

I am deeply grateful to Shinu, as my current good condition would not have been possible without his support and expertise. He is truly an outstanding example of someone who genuinely loves what he does and goes above and beyond for his patients.
