Taylor joined us in January 2025 as a new RN Case Manager. She took the place of an RN who retired after 20 years of service. Taylor has come into this position with such ease. She really has taken to the leadership role for her PACT team. Everything that is asked of her, she tries her best to give 110% to make sure it works, and the outcome is positive. She is a very good listener to everyone who comes to her. She keeps every situation as professional as she can. She has taken the eQM reports to the next level and encouraged her team to strive for numbers never seen before. Her team's numbers have been skyrocketing through the charts, and the percentage increase exceeds 5% in some cases. She is a leader who gets everyone involved with the TEAM. I feel she lives by the motto, "There is no 'I' in TEAM." She wants everyone to strive to be a better version of themselves. When it comes to Taylor, you can always count on a person who is understanding, compassionate, driven, and a "go-getter." Taylor definitely wants better, and she isn't afraid to go get it. She is striving for the best care we can provide our veterans, and they are really taking notice. She is the one who will interact with the veterans, earn their trust, and then become the only one the veteran would like to deal with. I have really enjoyed watching her grow as she is a younger nurse, and she is maturing so well in her new role. I can't wait to see what the future holds for her.
