Marina has been my absolute favorite nurse during my stay. She is very bubbly, kind, and always makes sure you have what you need and delivers great service.

Last night, a patient was admitted who was being difficult with the staff. This was happening very late at night, and everyone could hear the situation. I listened to Marina trying her best to diffuse and calm the situation. She had this individual's best interests at heart, I could tell. Even though this patient was difficult, Marina came into my room happy and bubbly with her caring spirit. She remained professional, and they ended up moving this patient to help give us peace.
