Kim is the kind of leader every nurse hopes to work with. She’s supportive, approachable, and leads with a calm confidence that makes the busiest unit feel manageable. Nurses who float to our unit often comment on how much they like the teamwork in our unit. I know Kim has had an incredible impact on our unity. Kim knows her stuff – clinically sharp and always ready to jump in when things get tough.

What really sets her apart is how much she cares about her team. I bet she could name everyone's kids off the top of her head!
