Megan showed true compassion and empathy during one of the toughest times of my life - near death, divorce, a PPO preventing me from talking to my children, legal troubles - all things I never came close to experiencing before. She listened to me with an open mind and heart and was really the inspiration for me to go into my behavioral and substance abuse recovery with an open mind and heart to regain the me that I lost along the way during these difficult times.

I am out of all rehabilitation now, and although it is tough, I know there are people out there like Megan who are willing to help and become part of my community as I grow as an individual. In a sense, she helped save my life in more ways than just physically.
