My dad was scared in the hospital, not knowing what was going to happen. Nicole sat and talked to him for quite a while; she turned his bed so he could watch the fireworks. She made him feel at ease, and she also made it a point to check in with him the next morning. Nicole was able to make him smile and allowed me to feel comfortable leaving him.
