I recently had outpatient surgery at Froedtert West Bend and was lucky enough to have such a great group of people taking care of me from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the ASU, I felt completely at ease. She took care of me before and after the surgery. She immediately made my anxious feelings go away. I can’t imagine what she does and sees on a daily basis, so having such a calming presence was very comforting to me.

She was very knowledgeable and personable at the same time. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Her personality is contagious! I felt like I’ve known her forever!
