Jacob took exceptional care of my son after we found out he had a major brain bleed. He went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were taken care of, not just physically, but emotionally as well. He sat with my son after psych left, with permission from my son and me, and just talked to him.

During Easter Sunday, my son got up to walk, and Jacob came and put a handmade bag from the bunny on his bed. My son is 16, and while he doesn't believe in the Easter bunny anymore, he definitely believes in love, care, support, and kindness. Jacob showed all of these things to my son during our stay. We can't thank USA Hospital enough for saving my son and Jacob for every single thing he did to make our stay more bearable and make sure my son had the utmost care while he was there.

Jacob, I owe you the world! I hope this message and a genuine thank-you are a good start. You were like an angel delivered from the heavens. We couldn't have gotten through this without you.
