Jordan is always going above and beyond for her patients.

One day, she was helping a patient who had been discharged from the ED whose motorized wheelchair had broken down on the sidewalk in the pouring rain and was stuck in a mud puddle. She pushed the patient up a hill until he was out of the rain. She was completely soaking wet and had grabbed a blanket she had in her vehicle to give to the man so he could dry off.

She is always buying drinks for her patients out of the vending machine if they request something we do not have in our fridge. Patients are always asking where Jordan is and requesting her for procedures when she is not there. She is the most compassionate nurse I have ever worked with in my five years. Her patients and fellow staff adore her. She stays late for other coworkers if they have an important event they need to attend or just stays to help them, so they don't have to stay as late alone.

She is constantly thinking of her patients and coworkers.
