I would like to reconize Victoria for the truly exceptional care she provided to my grandfather during his stay. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every way.

Victoria consistently communicated with our family, making sure we understood his plan of care and what to expect. She always answered my calls with kindness and patience, providing updates and reassurance when we needed it most.

One moment that stood out to me was during a FaceTime call with my grandfather. Victoria happened to be in the room changing his cardiac drip, and even though she was clearly busy, she took a moment to check his current rate and rhythm for me right on the call. Her willingness to include us and make sure we felt informed meant so much.

She also spent extra time speaking with my grandmother, ensuring she felt comfortable, informed, and supported. Victoria’s compassion extended beyond the hospital room. On the day of discharge, she personally brought my grandfather down to the car, so my grandmother didn’t have to walk up to get him. She then re-reviewed all of the discharge instructions right there in the car, making sure my grandmother felt confident and safe taking him home.

Victoria’s empathy, communication, and dedication made a tremendous difference to our entire family. She exemplifies what it means to be a nurse, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she provided.
