قصة الممرضة سارة بلكم مركز صحي التوفيق والربيع 
الصراحه وبكل صراحه جبت ابوي معاي المركز الصحي التوفيق وكان أبوي تعبان ومتوتر ومعصب بسبب الظغط والسكر لكن والله العظيم انه لما قابلنا الممرضه ساره بلكم كان في تحول في توتر أبوي ١٨٠ درجه من اسلوبها وتعاونوا وكانت جدآ مرنه ولطيفه مع المريض اللي هو أبوي ومو بس كذا اصلآ من قبل ما نخش عليها واحنا جالسين في الانتظار كنا نسمع كلامها مع المرضى اللي قبلنا والله ثم والله انه انشرحت صدورنا وقلوبنا من قبل ما ندخل عندها فأسأل الله العظيم أن يكتب أجرها ويصلح لها النيه وان يجازيها خير الجزاء على كل ماتقدمه من راحه نفسيه للمريض والمرافق قبل العلاج..

أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير للأستاذة سارة على موقفها الإنساني والمهني الرائع في المركز.حضرت مع ابني وهو في حالة إعياء شديدة نتيجة استفراغ مستمر، وخلال محاولتي تسجيله عند الاستقبال، تدهورت حالته وتقيأ في وسط المكان، مما اضطر الموظفين المتواجدين إلى مغادرة الموقع.
في تلك اللحظة بادرت الأستاذة سارة مشكورة بالتدخل، وطلبت من عمال النظافة تنظيف المكان، وحرصت على تهوية القاعة بفتح النوافذ، كما قامت بنفسها بمساعدتي في تسجيل بيانات ابني وأخذ العلامات الحيوية له، وبقيت معنا حتى تم نقله إلى قسم الطوارئ.

English Translation:

The Story of Nurse Sarah Balqam, Al-Tawfiq and Al-Rabi’ Primary Health Center

Honestly, and truly speaking, I brought my father with me to Al-Tawfiq Primary Health Center. My father was very unwell, anxious, and irritable due to high blood pressure and diabetes. I swear by God that when we met Nurse Sarah Balqam, my father’s stress level changed completely, a full 180-degree transformation, because of her manner and cooperation.

She was extremely flexible, kind, and gentle with the patient, who was my father. Not only that, even before we entered her room, while we were waiting, we could hear the way she spoke to the patients before us. By God, our hearts and chests felt relieved and at ease even before meeting her. I ask Almighty God to reward her, grant her sincerity, and recompense her with the best reward for all the psychological comfort she provides to both patients and their companions before treatment even begins.

Truly and sincerely, thank you, Sarah.

Second Story

I would like to extend my deepest thanks and appreciation to Ms. Sarah for her outstanding humanitarian and professional conduct at the center.

I arrived with my son, who was in a state of severe exhaustion due to continuous vomiting. While I was attempting to register him at reception, his condition suddenly worsened and he vomited in the middle of the area, which caused the staff present to leave the site.

At that moment, Ms. Sarah kindly and immediately stepped in. She requested the cleaning staff to sanitize the area, ensured proper ventilation by opening the windows, and personally assisted me with registering my son and taking his vital signs. She remained with us until he was transferred to the emergency department.

I sincerely thank her for her compassionate initiative and empathy.
