Alese was very professional in every step she walked. Always on top of things. She went above her title. My wife had left hospital to run errands and I needed help. I called my wife and she in return called the hospital and got Alese in my room quickly to help me. I thought I was falling, but she helped me to the bed and obtained vital signs with the doctor at the side of the bed to say I was okay. She was always giving me fresh bottles of water as I don't like city water. She has plenty of good knowledge in making decisions. Thank you for all your help.
