Mrs. Elsa Caraballo has demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and nursing in a way that has truly inspired and motivated me. She consistently went above and beyond by taking time out of her own personal schedule, even holding Zoom tutoring sessions with me late at night and on weekends. Her commitment never wavered, no matter how tired she may have been. She always showed up with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping me succeed. Her ability to explain complex material in a clear and encouraging way made a huge difference in my confidence and understanding. Mrs. Caraballo’s dedication and love for both teaching and nursing reignited my own motivation and reminded me of the kind of nurse I strive to become—one who leads with compassion, patience, and an unwavering commitment to others.

Mrs. Caraballo has demonstrated multiple aspects of the iCare Compassionately Care Model, especially Advocacy and Compassion. She consistently advocated for my success by taking the initiative to offer tutoring sessions on her own time, including weekends and late-night Zoom calls. She never gave up on me, even when I doubted myself, and she continuously pushed me to believe in my abilities. Her actions showed a deep commitment to my personal and academic growth, something that goes far beyond her job description.
