I was extremely nervous about the ER. I had chest pains. The two of them (Craig Reed and the doctor) reassured me that things would be fine. Craig did the IV. He was very professional. They explained everything to me as an equal – no speaking down to me. The care and competence were outstanding, and they both are great huggers. I needed that.
