From the moment he interacted with the patient, he not only showed his professional expertise but also a deep, heartfelt kindness. His words and demeanor were calming and reassuring, helping to ease the patient's anxiety.
Christiaan took the time to get down to the patient's level, both physically and emotionally, ensuring that she felt heard and understood. He spoke to her in a way that was clear and patient, ensuring that she fully comprehended what was happening and what to expect.
His thoroughness in performing a neurological exam was exemplary. He took the time to explain each step of the process to the patient, ensuring she felt as comfortable as possible under the circumstances.
When the patient became anxious about family concerns, Christiaan demonstrated genuine empathy and took the time to address her worries with compassion and understanding.
