I would like to acknowledge the excellent care my aunt received in your ICU during her hospital stay. During her complex hospital stay, my aunt required transfer to the ICU. It was there that she was restored to health. We met a wonderful group of nurses, physical and occupational therapists, dieticians; however, one nurse stood out above all the others. Her name is Fiona Gilmore. Fiona addressed our concerns in a timely, caring, and compassionate manner. She was so attentive and gentle to my aunt. There was never a time that we felt we were a bother with all of our concerns, and if she didn't have the answer to our many questions, she would provide us with appropriate resources. Most of all, my aunt felt that she was always treated with respect. As a family, we would like to express our gratitude to Fiona for her professionalism, and we strongly believe that, because of her care, my aunt is now on her way to rehab and feeling very excited about her future.
