I am incredibly honored and grateful to receive the DAISY Award, to be recognized for kindness, teamwork, and bringing positive energy to the department, which means so much to me. I believed that a supportive and encouraging environment makes a real difference not only for the patients but for one another.

The recognition happened when I was transferred to female surgical ward, this transition was a new challenge to me, but it also became an opportunity to contribute positively to a new team. The beginning was not easy, but I made sure that the essence of kindness is with me, which I acquired to my parents.

Offering help whenever needed and support team during busy and challenging shifts and supporting new staff as they grow and gain confidence. I believed that a positive, Attitude and mutual respect can make a significant difference in both staff morale and patient care, by working collaboratively and encouraging open communication, I aimed to help create a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for both patients and colleagues.

Working together, supporting one another, and maintaining a positive environment allow us to provide the best care.
