I am writing to formally recognize the exceptional care I received during my recent stay on the MoBap neurology floor. I was admitted following a TIA, and through subsequent testing, additional findings were identified involving my lungs and brain MRI imaging. This was an overwhelming amount of information to absorb in a short period of time for myself and my family. During this challenging experience, my RN, Haley Patel, consistently demonstrated outstanding professionalism, compassion, and patient advocacy. She maintained a positive, reassuring attitude throughout my hospitalization. At one point, when I was feeling particularly distressed and confused by multiple test results, Ms. Patel took the initiative to facilitate a return visit from my physician so that my questions could be thoroughly answered and my concerns fully addressed. Her attentiveness and commitment to patient-centered care were invaluable. I would also like to take the opportunity to comment on this entire neurology team. They were among the most thorough and skilled physicians I have encountered. Their collaborative approach provided my family and me with great confidence in my care. Please extend my gratitude to Ms. Patel in the neurology team for their exceptional service.
