Cadence Ratliff has been an exceptional peer to collaborate with. She shows incredible determination and dedication to the nursing profession and will stop at nothing to make sure that her patients and fellow students are treated with the utmost respect and care that is possible. I have witnessed her work tirelessly during 12-hour clinicals to ensure that every patient had what they needed.

There have been times when I was thoroughly impressed by how compassionate Cadence is as a student. She has been one of the most fearsome advocates that I have had the pleasure of meeting. She will stop at nothing to make sure everyone has the care they deserve. She has prevented medication and nutrition errors during clinicals and has stood up for her fellow classmates, as well as herself, countless times. Cadence is not afraid to fight for what she believes is right, and I believe she will continue to do so throughout her entire nursing career.
