From the moment we met Taylor, she was so kind and compassionate. I was booked in for an elective C-section, and she made sure the whole time I understood everything, and she made sure I was comfortable and well looked after.

I didn’t have a very pleasant C-section experience, and Taylor made sure throughout my care that she could do everything to make me more relaxed. When explaining what happened with my son, she took her time, held my hand, and made my emotions feel more warranted.

We found out that when they called “Code Blue” for our son, they went to the wrong place. So, Taylor had been breathing for our son for 5 minutes. I believe, if it weren’t for her skill, knowledge, and compassion, our son might not be here. When explaining this, she reassured me she was confident in what she was doing and knew our son would be absolutely fine.

She is the most amazing, caring, and compassionate midwife I have ever met, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the care she had for my son and me.
