My mom came to Grandview two weeks ago and was told she’d have to have a huge surgery called a Whipple in order to survive or have any chance of survival. My whole family was terrified! This nurse was her nurse for a portion of her time. He was absolutely incredible. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was so personable and attentive and was willing to help no matter what we needed. He never once acted like we were bothering him or like our concerns were trivial. He was incredibly patient and answered every single question we asked. One morning, I even asked him to remember my mom in prayer if he believed in God. He took her hand, called her by name, and prayed for her right there. This nurse was a godsend and an incredible blessing to my family. He is a fantastic nurse and a wonderful man.
