My infant son was admitted to UMC Banner’s PICU for about 3 weeks. While there, the entire staff was nothing short of perfection with my child’s care. Even then, Roshelle still managed to stand out. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she is also beyond passionate and caring about her patients and the family there to support their children.

Throughout our 3 weeks at BUMC, our baby was diagnosed with a terminal disorder. Roshelle knew how destroyed we felt, so she helped us find different crafts and activities to do with our baby while we still have him. We did hand molds, finger painting, and she took us for walks outside, even with her busy schedule.

Roshelle was always there to talk when we needed it, and she helped us build core memories with our baby. We felt absolutely blessed to have her as our nurse, and I’m sure everybody else who has had her felt the same.
