I am a 36-year-old female who recently underwent surgery to remove a cancerous mass in my abdomen that was attached to my ureter. This was a very painful, stressful, and emotional experience. During my recovery, Nurse Lyndee went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that my pain was properly controlled. She never made me feel like I was “just another patient.” She stayed with me, talked with me, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns.

Her compassion and kindness made a difficult situation feel more manageable. Lyndee genuinely cared about my well-being and consistently advocated for me regarding my pain and needs. Her support meant more to me than she probably realizes, and she made a lasting impact during one of the hardest times in my life. This was a hard choice to make because I had wonderful nurses the whole stay; they were all amazing. I appreciate all these nurses do.
