Helen’s cheerful spirit and genuine warmth immediately put me at ease. From the moment we met, she was so relatable and engaging that it felt as though I had known her for years. That instant connection speaks volumes about the kind of nurse she is and the comfort she brings to her patients.

As this treatment marked my final one of the year—closing out what has truly been a challenging 2025—my experience with Helen reaffirmed my decision to remain at Endeavor. Many friends and family encouraged me to transfer my care to Northwestern, but I chose to stay at Kellogg because of the exceptional quality of care I receive here, which is so often defined by nurses like Helen.

Her smile, laughter, and natural bedside manner make an enormous difference during difficult moments. She has a way of lightening the atmosphere while still providing thoughtful, attentive care, and that balance is incredibly meaningful to patients like me.
