Jessica is an angel on earth. She was with me every step of the way during my delivery and clearly explained everything. She was kind and really cares about her patients. When I had complications, Jessica caught it immediately and was right by my side every step of the way during my hemorrhaging. She held my hand and was so reassuring throughout the whole process. Jessica was so kind, even after my complications, and continued to tell me how strong I was and that I did a great job, which is exactly what I wanted to hear. Even during the not-fun parts, she made sure she did what needed to be done (cervical check, uterine massage) while explaining why, being firm but also making sure I was comfortable as I could be. Jessica was professional and compassionate.
