As a student nurse, Graci showed great responsibility and amazing care for the patients. She was patient, kind, understanding, and knew her role well. She showed us student nurses the correct way for everything. Was happy it was a nurse I was able to follow. She will continue to provide the best care period. She is a nurse whom I would personally love to have. She only talked positively about patients behind closed doors, which is amazing to see. I hope to be a fellow nurse coworker with her one day!

Graci has shown incredible compassion, support, and inspiration during my time as a student nurse. She has gone above and beyond to educate me and prepare me as a future nurse. She welcomed me into her space with kindness and patience. She created an environment that made me feel comfortable and ready to learn with no judgment.

Graci's teaching moments were filled with encouragement. She took the time to explain, guide, and model what an excellent nurse should be. She never made me feel like “just a student.“ She connected with all of her patients, smiled, and filled the room with care and compassion. She balanced her workload and took the time to teach me every time I was assigned to her period. 

Thanks to Graci, I am more confident in my nursing skills. Her impact on me will go far beyond this rotation of clinicals. Graci is everything that DAISY Award represents and more.
